- You received an M.Sc. degree with an excellent grade in agricultural economics, rural sociology, agricultural sciences, natural resource management or a related subject.
- At the time of application, your degree should not be more than six years old.
- You are from a developing country or territory (List of eligible countries).
- At the time of application, you have at least two years of relevant professional experience, which you gained after your first degree (bachelor).
- You write and speak excellent English.
- You have not been residing in Europe for more than the past 15 months.
